Aggravated burglary, contrary to Section 10 (1) of the theft Act 1968.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
FRANKLYN JAMES WILKINSON AND EDWARD WOOD, on the 3rd day of December 1985 entered as trespassers a building known as 37 Cedarwood Avenue, North Shields, with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on Alexander McCracken Armstrong, a person therein.(Read details of this incident here.)

Theft, contrary to Section 1 (1) of the Theft Act 1968.
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
FRANKLYN JAMES WILKINSON AND EDWARD WOOD, between the 29th November 1985 and the 1st December 1985, stole a Ford Cortina motor vehicle Registration Number PDV 707W valued at £2,200 the property of Jennings of Morpeth.

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE
FRANKLYN JAMES WILKINSON AND EDWARD WOOD, between the 13th day of December 1985 and the 15th day of December 1985, stole an unregistered Ford Sierra motor car valued at £7,400 belonging to Davidsons Garage.
